981: Busted
My favorite quote about Int and Wis is "The Intelligent person is able to get out of situations that the Wise person would never get into in the first place".

Should she be really sitting on the counter like that?
Re: 981: Busted
The comment about adding the noodles as required broke the scene for me a little bit – surely that's completely common sense appreciable by anyone who has ever cooked pasta, not an example of a cook really knowing her shit?

So, is Tailsteak's next project going to be the continuing adventures of Cheryl, the apprentice chef?
Re: 981: Busted
Yes, and it'll be titled Fresh Batch of Soup

And yet even some "great" restaurants will often be home to noodles or pasta that sit around all day and get really soggy.dbmag9 wrote:The comment about adding the noodles as required broke the scene for me a little bit – surely that's completely common sense appreciable by anyone who has ever cooked pasta, not an example of a cook really knowing her shit?
Likes his women like he likes his coffee... a little sweet, a little spicy, a little strong, a little earthy, a little smokey, totally honest, and maybe a little offended by being compared to a beverage.

Killjoy does make a good point here. Also, common sense isn't always that common.Killjoy wrote:And yet even some "great" restaurants will often be home to noodles or pasta that sit around all day and get really soggy.

Anyone curious as to why this dude has security cameras inside his kitchen? That seems... really weird. Also, reviewing security footage at all is a mind-numbing task pretty much only done if there is reason to believe a crime occurred at that time.
This store owner isn't just high-wis. He is paranoid as fuck.

I admit to never having had access to a store security camera system, but I would very much hope and expect that it would automatically flag for review any significant movement during the hours that nobody is expected to be in the building?masterofbones wrote:Anyone curious as to why this dude has security cameras inside his kitchen? They do - or rather, they can.
I would so invite Tailsteak into my online campaign if he were willing.
(Hear that? If you're willing, you're invited. )
