I know I'm a big softie for this, but wow this update made me cry. That was just really sad and 'pathetic' to read.

Great writing as usual!

It was pretty adorable, and also pretty sad. I really love Gina she's adorable.

God I can SOOOOOOOOOOOOO identify with this. From a male crushing on a female perspective of course, but still...

Poor Gina.

Speaking from personal experience, desperation does not help your chances with the worthwhile datable population. Focusing on self-improvement and making friends? Did. Gina's history may be very different than mine, though, I'm not sure.

I was lukewarm on Gina before, but she did take a flying leap over the "adorable" threshold today. I want to make her a cup of tea and give her a hug.
Neither a creeper nor a jackass be; if you manage these two things, everything else should work itself out.

The datable population: "Hey, you know those feelings you get because you can't get a date? Those make us want to date you less."

It feels like I've been seeing perverse cycles everywhere lately.

Yeah, I'm really not a fan of those, this one included.
