Can anyone here read Korean?

I'm trying to navigate a website that's written in Korean. For the most part, Google won't translate the text on the page for some reason, but copying and pasting sections of text directly into Google Translate works. So far that's gotten me by (with patience ); but I'm now at a point where I can't figure out what to do next, and I believe the meaning is being lost in translation. So I'm hoping there's someone here who can tell me what the text means, beyond the literal translation.
